Return Policy
Return of item is not accepted for customers "change of mind" or "wrong decision made",
Returned goods must be contained in their original packaging case, without any physical damage.
DOA(Dead On Arrival) items will be exchanged within 10 days of dispatch from us.
All items are covered by warranty in Australia, Please enquire for full Warranty details.
Shipping costs back to us are the buyer's responsibility.
No items can be returned without a Return Authorisation (available from us on request) Items returned without will not be recognised as a return and simply thrown out.
Postage insurance and handling charges are not refundable
Please return the item in its original box or equivalent protective packaging.
